Theme Park in the Municipality of Xanthi
Play is of fundamental importance duringchildhood and all the more so if goes hand in hand with learning. bearing this in mind, Modo believes that air, water, sound and noise are the aspects of nature which stimulate our senses the most , allowing us to learn about how various natural laws work.
Our Science Park is an intelligent way to furnish public space. Our often colourful stainless steel elements are curious and fascinating, familiar and yet unique. Designed in such a way as to remove the barriers of physical impediment, our elements can be widely used by the differently able. No only children, but also adults find them interesting and absorbing. The Science Park is the nearest thing there is today to the idea of an open air museum of science and technology.
All the games are tested and approved by the Italian Toy Safety Institute, according to the UNI EN 1176 regulations. This approval is confirmed by the application of the Tested Safety Label.
The products belonging to the Science Park line have been selected by the “Osservatorio permanente sul design” for ADI Design Index, a collection which presents the best Italian design products running for the “Compasso d’oro” prize.
Actionplay supplied and installed Modo’s products in the Municipality of Xanthi, creating a unique Theme (Science) Park – Recreation Area for the residents.
